Spend your summer doing real insurance work, not busywork, and get paid to learn the industry from the inside. You'll work alongside experienced brokers and take on hands-on projects that build real client-facing skills - backed by mentoring that turns an internship into a career. Many of our interns go on to full-time roles after graduation.

Join HUB International's summer internship program - 10 weeks in the US, 17 weeks in Canada. This full-time, paid internship gives you real experience in insurance brokerage, with the mentoring and hands-on work that lead to a career, not just a summer job.

If you're a third- or fourth-year student who enjoys client service and sales, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to work that genuinely impacts people's lives, we'd love to hear from you. 

CIAB Scholarship

Through our partnership with the Canadian Insurance Association of British Columbia (CIAB), you can compete for up to $5,000 in scholarship funding to support your education and career in insurance.
