Spend your summer doing real insurance work, not busywork, and get paid to learn the industry from the inside. You'll work alongside experienced brokers and take on hands-on projects that build real client-facing skills - backed by mentoring that turns an internship into a career. Many of our interns go on to full-time roles after graduation.

Interns have the chance to spearhead a community service project, where they can compete for a donation to the charity of their choice.

Speaker Series


The HUB Speaker Series is tailored for interns to engage with Executives, industry experts, our Young Professional Group, and others. Each week, our interns have the opportunity to explore a variety of topics, including industry best practices, valuable insights, career paths, and much more.

Capstone Project

Our internship program features a Capstone Project, where you'll collaborate with a group of interns from across North America. The project covers a variety of diverse topics, enabling you to address real-world challenges. Additionally, our teams will have the opportunity to present their work to an executive audience and compete for some fantastic prizes.

CIAB Scholarship

Through our partnership with the Canadian Insurance Association of British Columbia (CIAB), you can compete for up to $5,000 in scholarship funding to support your education and career in insurance.
