Program overview

This full-time, paid apprenticeship program can set you up for career success in the insurance industry by providing professional development, mentoring, and hands-on experience at one of the Top Insurnace Brokerages in the world. 

This program is 90 days and designed to accelerate your skills for a career in insurnace. 

Successfully finishing the apprenticeship program can open doors for you to acquire a Life, Accident, and Health License, or a Property and Casualty License, ultimately leading to a full-time position with HUB International.

What our Apprentices are Saying

The 'Grow with HUB' Apprenticeship gave me the tools and connections needed to be successful in my career in insurance. Before starting the apprenticeship, I had very little knowledge about insurance. The program provided the relevant information about the different lines of coverage through learning modules that were completed each week along with providing opportunites to shadow and learn from those who have been in the industry for many years. The mentors I had throughout the apprenticeship program have contined to help me grow in my career, leading to my recent promotion to an Account Manager. Since finishing the apprenticeship, other apprentices have started in my office, and I am now able ot mentor them through experience.
